Welcome to my website.
I have been a successful business woman most of my life. I am the Owner/Chef of “The Fox and Duck“, (pictured here), a fabulous Country Inn in the village of Therfield, near Cambridge.
I am also an Internet marketing specialist, mentor, a motivational speaker and a professional blogger, see www.PatSutton.com where I write about business and marketing.

I have decided to dedicate this website to supporting people in the pub, bed and breakfast and the catering industry. As a Chef  and public house owner myself I have learned,  first hand, what a hard business it is and how lonely it can be. Who do you go to when you come across your first sticky patch?
